Hobbies For Heroes

One project that GMM is proud to be involved in is the Hobbies For Heroes. This project is involved with getting models and supplies to troops stationed over seas including areas in Iraq & Afghanistan. By giving the soldiers the means to continue the hobby or even start for the first time, it gives them some time to relax and concentrate on something other than their all important duties.

GMM is pleased to of been involved with the project for two years now. Each memorial Day weekend we set up a donation table at the Hobbytown USA in Cumming, Ga and collect donations to send to The Baghdad Hobby Club. The support we receive from the community is great and we have been able to send around 12 boxes of kits and supplies so far.

Baghdad Hobby Club Newsletters
