We
believe that this hobby is more than just the building of
models. We enjoy the friends you can meet from around the world,
learning the history of what we build and trading ideas and ways
of how we build. Our group always welcomes new faces so feel
free to drop by at any meeting. Whatever your age, skill level
or favorite subject the warm welcome will be waiting.

During the Memorial Day weekend, the
Georgia Mountain Modelers set up a donation table at the
Cumming, GA Hobbytown USA to collect kits and supplies to
send to the Baghdad Hobby Club. Thanks to the support of the
community and Hobbytown who gave customers a discount on
items purchased for the drive, we were able to send 6 big
boxes of stuff overseas. More info on the Hobbies For Heroes
